— Company A: Japanese IT Company —
Company A is a subsidiary of a large Japanese engineering company. The company has grown rapidly since its establishment and now has about 300 employees. It succeeded a very warm and comfortable climate from the parent company. However, in order to become an IT consulting firm Company A had to change the climate from the current one to the climate that can develop true professionals.
